CLUE: It's Not a Turkey

Post by soiltester »

IMG_1864.jpg
Stopped by a buddy's place in Gratiot County, Michigan last week and he had this trail cam pic that was taken about 1 1/2 miles s/e of where I use to live.
This isn't a photo shopped pic and is driving everyone crazy, as there are no I.D.'s to actually pin down what it is of.

Maybe this gang can get a consensus of what it is??

It's a flying trapeze with Kermit the Frog as the aerialist.

Depending on the time of year, possibly nesting materials. Or some dumb bastard lost a drone harassing the Eagle.

My best uneducated guess would be a hawk with a snake along with some grass and weeds from when it made the catch.

My guess is definitely a bird of prey most likely carrying a stick or stob on the way to building a nest

Heck, a couple others thought a Red Tailed Hawk n' drone, as I did also, but another MI buddy pointed out that the shape isn't of a drone, if you can keep it clear enough when you supersize the pic :banghead:
