I can't compete with what Tom cooks and these are probably not thin enough to be a real smash burger.
My ground antelope has 10 to 15 % beef suet added and ground up with it. It still doesn't have near the fat that ground beef listed as 90/10 has.
Nothing special. Not even a classy bun....burger, cheese, bacon, mayo, mustard and chopped onion.

Looks good... Those no frills burgers hit the spot sometimes... Cheap bun ketchup and mustard maybe some pickles.

I should have added pickles, I normally do. I don't know why I forgot them. Just sitting here thinking about it.....a good dose of a thick chili with jalapenos would be really good on there too. I'd leave the pickles and mayo off in that case.

Ran out of Antelope burger about 2 months ago and sure do miss it. Need to plan another trip west I guess!
