Man I love them do do much with them... When I find them on sale I stock up....

Pan fried some medallions yesterday with baked beans and corn.....

Than today I took the leftovers threw in the air fryer to warm up and made a lil sammich....

Looks good but I'd remove the onions and probably even the lettuce after the photo then add extra mayo. :)
