Lost her
Lost my wife seven days ago after a five year battle with cancer. What a brave warrior she was. Chemo, radiation, three surgeries to try and head it off, all for naught. The treatment she said, was worse than the disease. She passed peacefully in her sleep and I am so sad, but so also glad she is not suffering any more and has gone to a place there is no sickness. My hunting seasons and holidays won’t be the same, but I am going to try and get out a few days upcoming. Cancer sucks.

Sorry for your loss, Gmed. I pray you find peace and comfort. As others have said, cancer is terrible. A friend of mine (38 and picture of health) recently succumbed to Glioblastoma after a 1.5 yr battle.

So sorry to hear. Cancer is cruel. Lost my momma May6th to GBM. Was a tough road but at the end I was glad the Lord took her home. You and your family are in my prayers!
