Stand up pork chops. One of our favorites.

Look awesome, remember u doing these before.... It's hard to beat s thick bone in chop....

Agreed! This is made for a thick bone in chop. We do these quite often. Rubbed down with Lowrys. Too stinkin good, Tom.

I'll have to try, your essentially roasting in your grill and they probably cook even.... You running direct or indirectly?

U could add a foil pack with chips in there

Direct. Rub down the chops with Lowrys or whatever you like. Lowrys is great.
Here is the recipe from the guy I get the chops from. Oven or grill. Works perfectly. I have a 4 burner Weber and use all 4. They cook around 380 on low.
**I preheat to 450°-500° Not for 1/2 hr.
