Stand up Pork Chops Again.
Stand up pork chops. One of our favorites.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Agreed! This is made for a thick bone in chop. We do these quite often. Rubbed down with Lowrys. Too stinkin good, Tom.

Re: Stand up Pork Chops Again.
Here is the recipe from the guy I get the chops from. Oven or grill. Works perfectly. I have a 4 burner Weber and use all 4. They cook around 380 on low.
**I preheat to 450°-500° Not for 1/2 hr.
