Burger & Fries
You guys cooking all those portabella caps made me get some.... Sal and I used to use them as buns, but I had some pretzel buns which I love so I did it this way.... 1/2 lb burger, sauteed Onions, portabella caps fried in Evoo, balsamic vinegar and garlic, provolone, lettuce, Chipotle aioli on a toasted pretzel bun...

The only thing I would changed would be the onions. I like a think slab of raw onion.

Thanks guys.... Surprised it turned out, I'm just about done. Here a beep in the backyard... Who the heck.... My best friend go.out BS twenty minutes.... Hey you want a burger take me 10 minutes everything ready to go...
