Frying Pan Steak
Re: Frying Pan Steak
If you have time take some kosher salt and sprinkle it on both sides of the steak don't forget the edges as well. Put that on cooling rack and leave it in the fridge overnight then do pepper and garlic.
Dry brine steak is life changing as much as dry aged.

Outstanding! Now that is worthy supper! Can't beat a medium rare pan fried steak.
I generally skip the bread when I do a baked potato but it sure works well cleaning up the steak juice left on the plate. Indeed!!!
Man, your killin me tonight.

Yup sears the entire surface gets hotter than a Blackstone... I used to have two new wave induction cooktops them sobs get cast 650 fast... Powerburner.on the gas stove does well though
Used to be dirt cheap 15 years ago than word got out... I'm sure eyiu know what 2 per cow cut the cut before the ribeye...
I shop late sometimes at the local grocery, so they're putting meat out for morning and get lucky and snag them.once in a while...
Probably my favorite steak, still inexpensive, big flavor and the perfect.size for me with a side of two
