Great Customer Service

Post by Swampstalk »

Several years ago my sons gave me a Stack-On gun safe for a birthday. Recently I noticed the safe wouldn’t open by touch pad. Realized the 9 volt battery connection was corroded and no contact being made. I was able to bold the lead and got the safe open.

So thinking I would replace the wire connectors I contacted Customer Service on line. A day or so later I received a response from Cannon asking some questions, such as when I purchased it, model, etc. And a picture of the item. Within a day said they would send a new touch pad unit, and would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. It came in a week and a half at no cost!

Now that’s how things used to work on just about anything one purchased! Can’t say enough about their service! They even have a reminder service to change the battery every six months.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
