Chorizo Chowder

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Becoming a favorite.... I pulicked up some chorizo last week forgot to make til today... Not wanting to chance it, tossed it ran to local grocery...

Jalepenos, corn, peppers, potatoes, onions topped with queso and chorizo.... A few spices, sourcream and garlic...

Turned out really good, this chorizo however had less bite than what I normally use....

Great change up on corn chowder
