Perfect for a January Day

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Not late March :angryfire:

8 chicken thighs seasoned with total seasoning than roasted... Saved the juices to add... Garlic, Rosemary, Basil, Oregano, heaping spoon of Better than Boullion and a couple Bay Leaves...

I bought some frozen roades rolls to bake but forgot to thaw them out lol

I love homemade chicken soup. Thighs are the way to go. Looks delicious, Tom.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Thanks Mike, I make chicken soup a buncha different ways rice, cream, broth... There's no comparison between thighs and breasts... Plus they take better to reheating and freezing as well...

Agreed! Thighs are all I put on the grill. They freeze well, they are moist and they are so easy to eat.
