Minnesota Fishing Trip.

Post by Hognutz »

Got back on Saturday. Limits of walleyes, bluegill, crappie, and half a limit of perch. We caught and released a 25” walleye. Had a bunch between 17” and 21”. The perch were hard to find but ran a little bigger than last year. Nice gills but no real monsters. Had 2 crappies over 13”. All in all, a good week of fishing. Only a little rain and not real windy. In the 70’s for most of the week. Cold and windy on Monday.

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Resend it please, Tom. I had it but lost it somehow. I don’t use much tartar but my wife does as do most of the people we have over when we do a fish fry!
Thanks, Bud!

It's pretty genreic with a few tweaks.

1 cup mayo prefer Dukes Hellman's is fine. Miracle whip we can't be friends

2 tsp sweet or dill relish I prefer dill

1-2 tsp mustard, we use spicy brown Dollar general is as good as anything

De vein and takes seeds out of a few chiptoles and mince, throw a few seed in for heat

Optional Some add a few drops of hot sauce for extra heat if it's your preference season to palate.

Tweaks are the spicy brown and chiptoles adds alot of flavor over regular mustard. Takes 5 minutes It's not really spicy lil kick but not to much. Make it your own ingredients so cheap mess around

I think I told this story on here made it got done went pee, after not washing. I swear my Weiner burned worse then after a HS tramp lol

Color I shoot for

Thanks!
It doesn’t take many of them to make a dozen!
That’s for sure!
They’re fun to catch and great to eat..,
