Wanted to make something healthy this evening.... So I made a Beer/Bratwurst/Cheese Soup... Chopped some onions,shallots and Jalapenos...

Turned out well but one of those things you have a couple bowls and your starved 30 Minutes later...

Great lookin' eats and I believe the beer drank, between dishes, would fuel more than 2 bowls, any time during the day!!

Big chunk of Italian bread n soft buttah would enjoy a dunkin in that bowl of goodness !
