Gun lock!
Gun lock!
So I bought a Stevens 301 and it came with a gun lock that’s about 30 inches long any idea why so big? My guess is to snake it all the way down the barrel and lock the action open?

Re: Gun lock!
That'd be my guess.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

I guess you are supposed to run it through the barrel.

Re: Gun lock!
I think it’s for your wife to be locked up
Re: Gun lock!
My wife's 301 didn't come with one either. It would make a decent tree stand lock.

About all of the manufacturers are including a lock of some sort. Probably the nicest ones I have got in the last 5 years were with Browning sa-22’s. I bought 3 of the maple stock/ Matt nickel receiver guns that was 2021 shot show specials, and they came with a pretty nice lock that covers the trigger group. I never use any of them because all of my guns are kept in a safe.
