Looks great. I'm looking forward to warmer weather when I can crank up the smoker.

Looks awesome.... Smoked meatloaf was sal's favorite.... Anytime I smoked had to make her a lil one pounder for lunches, slap some of his sugar free bbq sauce on top and she loved it...

Oh man, that looks awesome! While I love about anything on the smoker, meatloaf is hard to beat! The only thing I will say is you can over cook it, but once you figure out the exact time to cook it, it’s really good. Remember how long you cooked it today and at what temperature, and your golden. 😬
This may sound stupid, but next time if you want something different mix up all your normal stuff that you make chili with in a stainless bowl, and smoke it till it’s ready.👍

Yer killin me! My absolute favorite sammich. I'd rather eat meat loaf cold on a sandwich than hot on a plate. Although I love it either way!
Again, nicely done!!
👏👏👏 Bravo!!!

After seeing this yesterday I got a couple of pounds of ground beef in the fridge that I will get ready and throw on my smoker after while along with some baked beans.😬

We got sleet most of the day yesterday, and supposed to get more crappy weather today so I figured that would be a good way to spend the afternoon.

Get you a cast iron meat loaf pan, and put it on the smoker. Game changer
