That time of Year

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Looked at the weather forecast before shopping, saw Sunday cool and rain, perfect for Chili

I made my typical base chili but made one substitute, instead of two pounds burger I used one pound and one pound Beef Chorizo.... I've done this before it adds flavor to the Chili actually like it better if I remember

Today I was wondering what to do with some of the leftover as I have a pile.... So I fried up two pieces of Garlic Toast, sliced a Jalepeno and made a Sammich.... Threw some fries in the air fryer big ol splat of chili and some cheddar...

Pretty dang good way to use up leftover Chili

Perfect early fall meal. Thick chili is the way I like it. Add some Tabasco and I'm in like Flynn!
Great plate job!!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
