Portobello goodness !

Post by spider316 »

So I had the craving today when I got off the tractor and headed to the market. Plain and simple picked up the mushrooms, sausage, ricotta cheese, marinera sauce and Fiesta cheese for the topping. Thanks again for the original recipe, gotta love the Gobbie Nation foodies ! :turkeywave:

Looks good, Wayne.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Haha, you're the recipe enabler ! Best one's yet, perfectly done with plenty of juice for a slice of toasted bread and soft butter to mop up the plate. :salute:

I'm with ya on that. I'd eat two and put another on a brioche bun!

What is Fiesta cheese?

Mexican Fiesta cheese block

This blend of mild yellow Cheddar and white Cheddar, carefully enhanced with a hint of jalapeño pepper, is the perfect way to make your recipes say “Olé!”.
