Bachelor Turkey Trip

Trying to plan a bachelor trip for my buddy next year. We were thinking about some type of self guided hunt where we pay somebody or some guide service to hunt a tract of land on our own. Or something along those lines. Anybody have suggestions or recommendations like this that they have done before?? TIA
