Reveal / Tactacam Awesome Customer Service

Not being the brightest light bulb in the house when it comes to technology I called Reveal to help me reinstate my cell cam service. No problem. Piece of cake. Thank you. Then I mounted my Tactacam Solo on my Benelli and put in the mini SD card. OOPS ! I must have pushed it in wrong because it got stuck. Had to pry it out. Something broke. Called customer service. I fessed up that I probably broke it. No problem send it in . Can I have it back by opening day ? Said they would do their best. 5-6 days later I got a brand new camera in the mail. No charge at all. Cool. So I go to plug it in to charge the battery and the plug in is different. Call cust. service again . No problem sir we will send out the updated cord right away.

I've used the tactacam 4 on my guns and bow for about 5 years and really like it.

And a new 5.0 wide angle.
I’m having some fun using them. Just ordered more batteries as one of the older batteries split. Once i figure out how to use this canon camera I hope to do some content.
