Kropsu

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Memory dish.. Since ma passed I've tried to recreate dishes mom made.. This was a staple for me and my friends after duck hunting..

I hate cooking breakfast, but after staying up til four I cleared my eyes gave her ago. Thankfully it's stupid easy..

The butter egg flour mixture forms a custard inner and preheating the pan makes a fluffy pastry around the edges, need to take a pic.. Once cooked you could eat by hand..

Made a super easy 5 minute blackberry syrup.. Any berry would work but they had blackberries for 50 cents

Thought of Brice right up his alley

Looks delicious! A Finlander dish.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

There's a bunch of 'em up there, eh!
The further north and west you go. Lots of Italians too. Iron Mountain is probably 1/2
Italian or more!
Throw a few Swede's in. I'm Swede and French Canadian.

Make it Brice.. Stupid easy, about an hr, but only about 10 minutes hands on.. Here's the recipe I used.
https://theculinarycellar.com/krops ... -pancake/

The syrup is stupid easier
1.5c berry of choice
1c maple syrup
Chop berries
Place both in pot warm til berries are soft enough to smash, stir strain done.. I strained because those are huge berries.. I'll make blue berry next time and won't strain..

I'mma pick up some sausage this week may try your bake
