Does/will he share the recipe?
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Tom, I'm a volume type fella, and love to put generous amounts on, where with St. Elomo's, a little bit goes a long way for me Hurry up beer truck with more beer
Kinda' like Jalapeno compliments and enhances my food, where Habanero kills and ruins the taste for me
Gonna' mix it and experiment, so I can get back to "volume", when I have it this afternoon
Thanks again for the advise

I'm with ya, Charlie on the hot thing. I can do Jalapeños all day long but Habaneros are over the top for me. I can drink Tabasco sauce but won't touch the Habanero Tabasco. That's where I wuss out!

I'm taking a big bottle of Tabasco Sauce to Mexico to help my meals out, cause Larry doesn't like hot food!!
They do have "hot red seeds" to grind up on the table, but way too much work

I'm in the same boat. Jalapenos.....YES, Habaneros....NO.
After five years in Colorado I was able to eat hotter food than I can now. We ate a lot of good Mexican food in Colorado. We don't have as much good Mexican food here in MT.
The Hispanic guys that I worked with ate peppers with everything. They were a great bunch of guys but I didn't trust them when they offered me peppers that they were eating with lunch. If they had beads of sweat on their brow, I knew I'd end up in the hospital.

See an I can see that. Maybe I'm different, to me horseradish spicy and the way it hits you is different than pepper spicy. I too can do Jalepenos but not habanero.

Horseradish isn't my favorite. It definitely opens up my sinuses.
