So a few years ago I fell in love with a glaze from.a chain restaurant, googled, tried a few, found one I liked and added to it. Have used on chicken, steak, pork chops, loins, pretty much everything.
It's spicy, you can dictate amount of heat, I like heat. Also you can alter the sweet and tang easily. It's simple to make and everyone most likely has everything on hand.
Made with sauteed baby yellow squash and zucchini in spices and EVOO. Also made pickled Purple Onions.

Nice. Thighs are my favorite part of a yard bird. Grilled, deep fried or baked, no matter!
They are meaty, juicy and you only have one bone to navigate around..

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Versatile and forgiving. Tonight did something rarely do cooked to time. Then got them out and was like forgot to brine, I'm like moron their thighs no brine needed. As long as you get them in ball park to 165 their juicy.
