Anybody ever had a fixed full barrel cut to allow for changing chokes? If so who did you use and how did it work out?
Plan on using the gun for ducks doves quail and turkey so I would like to be able to open it up a bit for quail and doves.

I have that exact same gun. Comp n choke threaded mine INV+ and it turned out very well. I’m running a .380 Indian Creek in mine.

How did is shoot before and after? Was there a noticeable difference?
Re: .410 870 fixed full threaded for chokes
I have that same gun. With lead it gives great patterns for dove and quail. With tss it gives great patterns (140+ at 40yards #9tss) for turkey. Not sure what you would be shooting for ducks but if it is tss I think it would be too tight a pattern unless you are only shooting 40+ yards. I might be wrong there, not much of a duck hunter. I had to put sights on mine to get it to hit point of aim with tss so I have left it as a turkey gun.
