Gobbler Nation

Was offered this 2019 Pink Ivory by a friend and fellow forum member. Never had pink ivory but my good buddy USMC0331 swears by it so I decided to get her. So glad I did as she is a killer! Beautiful, dark piece of wood as well. Worst part is we have a little over a 6 month wait.

Great looking trumpet! I love Pink Ivory and have several pot calls made w/ the wood, one is a copper over glass double-sider which screams on the copper, but makes great clucks and gobbler clucks on the glass. The wood also makes great hard/dense strikers which will run on all surfaces.

It is a beautiful wood. I prefer the darker colored pieces of it. I have nothing against it, I just never was offered a call from it. Glad I got this one.
