Help identifying a tree Yelper

I bought this tree yelper several years ago in a package deal with several trumpets. Seller said it was an Alan Sentell. It isn’t signed so I’d like to verify who made it if anyone could help. It has a notched wingbone mp

The top sure looks like a Sentell. He signed some on the ferell.
