My driveway & parking area were in pretty bad shape & I have been thinking about either having it graveled or asphalted.
When I went out to check the mail Thursday afternoon, a guy drove up, stopped, & we started talking. Turns out he was
part of a chip & seal company & they had a lot of asphalt to get rid of. He gave me a price & I decided to get er done!!

He told me they could start in about an hour. They got the 1st layer down for about 50’ when they ran out of material.
They started again this morning around 09:30. They dug up all the grass, leveled the area with the Bobcat, & rolled it.
They then started to lay down the asphalt and then rolled it. They were done completely by 15:00. Sometime in the
next year or so, I will probably have it sealed.

I think it turned out real well & I do recommend them if anyone in Ohio is looking to get this type of work done.

Looks like someone above was lookin' out fer' ya' on that job well done!!

Not going to say what my "fly by night" fella' charged for my 1/4 mile drive, but I'll bet cold was as good as hot asphalt
