Made my sisters family supper

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

My sister asked a week ago what goes in my lo Mein venison dish tell her and this dish tell her.... Next thing I know she calls ey got you the stuff come over et it and cookfor us :!:

Now I'm picky.... Asked if she had flank steak, yup from the steer.... Turned out to be cube steak... Told her I needed zuchinni and squash, got em. These came outta the garden size you make bread outta.... Any spices or sauce you need, tell her Soy.... She gets me full kicked not reduced sodium.... Tell her I need peppers she gets me green :banghead: You get the picture....

So I couldn't find flank steak locally so decided to make her a huge batch of the soy ginger chicken stir fry.....

What a pain in the azz, I'm not used to cooking big portions... I have a big cast iron pan, over the top... I made a ton of sauce so I had to boil longer with cornstarch than I liked so my veggies got a lil too done....

All I took was two bites to sample it turned out right the sauce makes it....

Last time I get conned into cooking..... I'm not a sous chef

I've said it before, Tom. Your Asian dishes are second to none! I'd dive into that head first!
Nice!!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
