Well not really creamy beef and cheddar shells.... Healthy too,whole bag extra sharp cheddar, heavy cream, beef stock, mushrooms onions garlic and Italian seasoning...

It's good but sits like a rock :LMAO:

I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper, it does just fine by itself.
