Firecracker shrimp placed over a vinegar slaw in a StreetTacos shell...

Cilantro lime rice

Make fire cracker chicken alot decided do shrimp and.make.tacos....Made up a vinegar slaw went perfect with the heat from the shrimp

Chicken chunks breaded with an egg wash, dusted with corn starch flash fried.... Theirs a million variations of Firecracker sauce one I use very basic, buffalo sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar and red pepper flakes... Heat up sauce til thickened roll chicken or shrimp in it

You can vary the heat by the buffalo sauce you choose as well as amount of pepper flakes and or I'd you choose add cayenne...

Didn't know what to do with the leftover shrimp.... Had some cheap hot dog buns through them on the pizza pizazz to toast, heated the shrimp, lil lettuce & red onion, some Chipotle sauce... Pretty dang solid...
