Sockeye Salmon

Post by Hognutz »

Had sockeye salmon that my cousin caught in Alaska.
The salmon was stinkin unbelievable! Had Mom over. I'm not crazy over salmon but this was the best I ever had. For sure. Put a honey teriyaki sesame seed glaze over it.

One of us/college buddies moved to Nome, said you can't eat fish, crab anything like that once you've had it from there...

I would agree with that. This salmon was crazy good! Wasn't musty, oily or fishy. It took longer to get the pin bones out than it did to bake it.
Got two more packs to enjoy!
