Used the Air Powered Cyclonic French fry Machine on some thick cut boneless chips I picked up BOGO which was 2.00 bucks a lb...

Brine, Simple spice blend, they were thick 380 for 7+6 to 142... Dang Juicy

Don't eat much bacon had to eat rid of some, Bacon Fried Green Beans

Got some of my Uncle Ben's mixed grain rice ...
