Venison Philly Peppers

Some hind quarter meat sliced and marinated in a lil EVOO and some Total Seasoning.. Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions and a thin sliced of provolone on top and bottom..

Looks good, Tom. I'd have to put it on red, yellow or orange peppers. Green peppers kill me.

I almost included pepper thing in description.. I hate to admit it, green peppers are slowly growing on me.. Actually have some bell peppers in fridge but there for jambalaya tommorow.

Thanks actually have some in freezer.. She was in kitchen of course, after I got done searing Venny, had a handful of pieces leftover she had.. I put food in her bowl mixed in some way, wouldn't touch it, just waiting on more Venny lol..

I just pulled a turkey outta the oven at 11 .. I cut her out some of that and she's munching on that now..
