Coon Ass Asparagus !

So I had today off, yard work and spitting a few flurries. Thought about NOLA and remembered I gots me a jar of Coon Ass ! Baked chicken in cream of cheddar, some seasoned carrots, a few slices of cranberry sauce and some Coon Ass seasoned Asparagus, straight from Peru !

Mr.Hog, when I was deployed to Louisiana for hurricane Ida I bought a few things to cook with. One was a seasoning called Coon Ass, more Garlic, less salt. We use it sparingly until I find a source locally !

Spice is killer on everything Hoobilly. Didn't really do a urine analysis for any odor, to tired !

You don't need to get on your hands and knees with your head in the bowl. The second you start peeing, you know you ate asparagus!
At least in my case.
My BIL was in the hospital once for a few days after a car accident. He had to give a urine sample one evening. He handed it to the nurse and she said "You had the asparagus with your supper" !!! No guff!!
