Boneless Pork Loin Chops & Tator Wedges

Post by HunterGKS »

Boneless Pork Loin Chops & Tator Wedges

I haven’t used the air fryer in quite a while & decided that today would be a good day
for some boneless pork loin chops & tator wedges.

I changed up the recipes a little with different spices.

For the loins

• Smokehouse BBQ Seasoning Rub
• Rub Some Rib Seasoning Rub
• Bone Doctors Premium Spice Blend
• Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning

For the tators

• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Italian Seasoning

Directions

1. Coat each loin with a different rub & let sit for a couple of hours
so the seasonings are absorbed.
2. Cut the tators into wedges & put in a large covered container.
3. Add seasonings to taste &
Shake, Shake, Shake……. SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE……. Shake your Tators………… SHAKE YOUR TATORS.
4. Preheat the air fryer at 400 for about 5 minutes.
5. Spray the racks with cooking oil, place the chops & the wedges on the racks & place in the fryer.
6. Fry the chops & wedges at 400 for 12 minutes & turn after 5 minutes. The chops are done when
they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

ENJOY!!!!

Everything turned out real tasty, as usual. Try it, you’ll like it.

I’m still thinking it will be 3-4 hours again this time.
