Asian Bowl

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

These start out as a egg roll in a bowl, I cut slaw in half change to Hal veggies which varies. Tonight, pork sausage, slaw, purple onions, snow peas, mushrooms, peppers an bamboo shoots..

So easy and fast:prep, cook, eat, dishes and clean up in under an hour.

It does. My wife is drooling. One of these days we have got to do this.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

ICEDTURKES
On my property bamboo started growing a fe years ago and it really has become invasive and so thick, it's hard to get through it without cutting a path.
Locals call it "cane", but I'm thinking it's the same shoots as what you're using??
Thought's??
ever wonder where the white goes when the snow melts??

Have I posted the recipe? It's a basic garlic, ginger, soy, sesame oil and I add oyster sauce to mine.. My BIL is from Laos swam the Mekong river to escape cool story, but he can cook, blow me away..

He turned me onto oyster sauce 10 years ago..

You need to try it Mike, it's fast and has big flavor.. Like I said I omit half a bag of slaw, but may add the whole bag next time it Cooks down so far.. Choice in veggies all yours most don't add veggies besides carrots.. I add whatever I pick up or have on hand.. Next time I may add some lo mein noodles.. Essentially I've turned egg roll in a bowl to a ground meat stir fry.. I use pork, some chicken some beef..

Is a a great one bowl meal, normally have rangoons on hand to go with..
Soiltester I'm not sure.. I know cane used for turkey calls, probably more dense than this.. Although this never becomes super tender
