SPAM, fried !

Post by spider316 »

3 things I physically brought back from NOLA after my deployment. A chicken seasoning, a Coon Ass seasoning and a can o Spam ! Haven't had Spam in 35+ years. So I fried it according to a google recipe and didn't get finished pics, only preparing pics. Honestly, it was incredible and will definitely make it again tomorrow with the final 2 patties. So it was a Spam slice, BBQ sauce, bread and butter pickles and Vidalia onions, with Pepper Jack cheese on a toasted roll.

It certainly looks good! We don't eat much of it because my wife won't.
Fried bread and butter pickles?? I love them but never ever fried them.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Yeah, well didn't see any other Goblinn Nation folks patronizing the hard hit Gulf coast recently. Finishing up the left overs as you all bustin my scrotum chicken neck parts. By the way, just got information that you can't say ""Dick head" but calling someone "Richard Cranium" is acceptable on the new Gobbler Nation !

I can't wait to see the leftovers!
Kids will be kids! $10 a pop. Expensive but very tasty. Wood ducks are worthy table fare..

Wood ducks are by far my favorite. Not sure there is any food on the planet I would choose over them. Cooked fresh and rare with some mushrooms, I could die happy
