Well Salisbury Steak, was gonna make a meatloaf, thought why not Salisbury Steak.. Made homemade mashed potatoes with Homemade Gravy with Carmelized Onions& Mushrooms.

Fired up the Cyclonic French Fry Machine for some carrots with a drizzle of EVOO with some minced Garlic and cracked Pepper and Creamed Corn..

Holy flipping dishes but worth it.. No more four course meals..
