Pork Skillet Egg Roll
A favorite quick dish, depending on organization of the fridge can be done in 30 minutes..

I change mine up a bit, half the slaw.. This time added Peppers Mushrooms, Purple Onion, extra carrots..

Add a few things to the sauce and make it pretty wet..

A quick tasty one skillet meal

30 mins is too long fer' me to wait .. can ya' freeze it up so I can 'NUKE IT" ;) :thumbup:
