Post by spider316 »

Trout were unbelievable. Brined and then dry rubbed, gotta love the pellet smoker. 1 1/2 hrs at a 180° temp !

Outstanding! Everything tastes better on a Ritz!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

If you ever get a chance to smoke fresh mullet, you won't believe how good the lowly mullet can be when it's cooked fresh. The trout looks mouth watering. Gil
