Hard to beat

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

For the price and Versatility, Pork Steak.. Found a new to me recipe with a pineapple, soy, ginger along with a few other things marinade and baste.. Marinade all day throw on charcoal, 4 min a side, than 2 and 2 and 2 and 2 and 2 basting each each flip.

Turned out really really good.. Tender, Juicy and the marinade base is a keeper.. It has a ton of flavor. The acid from the pineapple juice and the oil in the marinade really break down the meat, gave her 7hrs normally do pork steak over night.

Veggies, was gonna do kabobs, felt lazy roasted in oven at 400 til started to brown, hit with a 1-1 Honey to Balsamic Vinegar drizzle gave it 10 minutes.. It had a distinct flavor I've had before on something.. It was good..

Pork Steak is so good and so cheap . There's alot of waste but it's worth it.. I like them way better than a chop and they rival a beef steak for me.
