Orange Chicken

Really quick Asian dish.. Cut up chicken, corn starch, mix up sauce. Fry til brown than dump sauce let thicken flip and turn done..

Veggies. Something provoked me to buy birds eye asian vegetables frozen, did them to tonight in microwave, pulled out bag looked ate one and dumped in trash..

Had the veggies in pic quickly chopped,threw in pan with some EVOO dusted with a lil Chinese 5 Spice, sauteed til tender crisp done

Everything including rice could be simultaneously, easily done under 30 minutes..

My four legged taste tester, gets pissed if she does not get anything, I ate everything, there was some sauce left, put on her food she wrecked it in record time.. Now my bears gonna be pissed as he won't get a sample. Lol

Thanks guys, it's so quick.. That's why I cook so much asian.. Only thing takes a while is getting ingredients around and if ya gotta measure you better have it done because once you start ya ain't got time..
