Taco Sausage Street Tacos

Opted for quick and simple.. Thought of making up a marinade and slicing steak for Street Tacos.. Changed my mind decided to go to store for Chorizo . While grabbing for the Chorizo I saw Johnsonville Taco Sausage, looked really good.. Picked it is and glad I did.. Stuff is really flavorful, sampled in the pan and could have grabbed a fork ate the 1/2 lb pound been happy.. The spices are so well blended with the meat.

Threw my tortillas on a burner add a lil char to the edges,.. Staring at essentially anything you could put on a taco in the fridge, but with the dainty 4.5" tortilla went super basic red onion, chopped cilantro, tomato with a squeeze of lime..

I sure shoulda took my time picking out my avocado to chop for a topping.. Initial cut knew I was screwed, it was so overripe I trashed it..

Dang quick, tasty, celebratory dinner I ate 5 and was still hungry..

Do yourself a favor check out the sausage, I'd never seen before glad I bought it.. Was gonna freeze other 1/2 lb but still have a few peppers left and my make loaded Mexican scrambled eggs..
