That looks really good! I especially like the candied carrots.

Have you ever tried Heinz chili sauce instead of ketchup? Not as sweet but richer flavor. I add a little hot sauce to it and zing it up some more. Then again, I’m from South Louisiana so we like it a little hotter. The chili sauce unadulterated is quite mild and not “chili-like”at all. Think savory ketchup.

Looks great. It's all good. I use original Open Pit on top of the meat loaf. Gives it a minimal kick.
I love love love a cold meatloaf sandwich the next day.
I love lots of kick but the wife doesn't.

Looks good, never really was into meatloaf other than smoked until this year..

I use
1/4 Ketchup
1TBL Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBL Brown Sugar

The Balsamic kicks the sweetness down a notch. Coat from beginning the time and the sugars form a glaze

Capitalization and punctuation are huge!
It's the difference between:
I helped my Uncle Jack off his horse.
And...
I helped my uncle jack off his horse!
