They caught my eye at store something I hadn't done in a while.. Didn't realize I bought boneless.. Whipped up a Spicy Glaze.. Smashed some baby Potatoes and covered with Sauteed Onions and Mushrooms. Garlicky sauteed Green Beans and Corn..

Country style ribs. Very meaty cut. I prefer the boneless. Outstanding, Tom.
A great crock pot meal.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Yup..

Actually was gonna do Crock-Pot but opted for oven.. Their better in Crock-Pot IMO

They are a nice meaty cut

Oven works too. I love them pretty much any way!
