I made the Crock-Pot 3lb Pork Butt with the Balsamic, Beef Broth, Garlic, Worcesteshire, Honey, Soy, Garlic, Red Pepper Sauce. Which is really tasty..
Made the Chili first night which was perfect had half the roast left, plus it allowed me to strain the juices refrigerate and skim the fat..
Into oven at 300 with a little juice.. Meanwhile I threw together Smashed (skin on) Broccoli Potatoes.
I had some young Asparagus to sautee in a mix of EVOO and Butter coated in Garlic and Herb..
Pulled the roast poured some of the heated juices over it..
I thought it was really good, should know tommorow if it was good.. My biggest critic has awoken from his long winter snooze and has eaten leftovers twice already.. As much as I've been cooking with bacon be hard to keep him away. He's a messy eater...

That looks outstanding! I'm in!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
