Buddy dropped off his Power Broom for the yard, a gift from above, was busy with that not in mood to cook..

Bought Sauerkraut and Kielbasa a while back for a quick meal. Remembered I bought a new to me brand of Potato Pierogi's and of course Bacon and Onion on hand..

I love all 5 of them can't be to bad together.. Fried up the bacon drained but I just couldn't get it all out. Set Bacon aside, through in a couple table spoons of butter and sliced onion. Waited for those to get translucent threw in the rest, browned it and added bacon back..

Had out garlic and onion powders. Not needed, bacon, kraut and Kielbasa have plenty of flavor. Perfect quick light meal to go back out in the heat and do more yardwork.

Thanks Mike no love for pierogies?? I love um, have made my own, pia. Used to get good ones from downstate, up her irs frozen Mrs to, saw a new brand decided to try. Better than Ts..

But the skillet pretty dang good. I'm used putting alot of time into a meal, not used to this 20-30 minute stuff..

Kraut love it, it's the ultimate love or hate food lol

Never ate pirogies that I'm aware of. My polish buddy lives on them. We never had them at home. My Swedish mother never served them.

Zero chance I'm going back to work after that meal, maybe back to the lawn chair though. Great looking meal. BTW, add a side of horseradish !
