Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

I like cauliflower in most forms but especially raw. I had a head in the fridge & decided to try it in the air fryer.
I substituted garlic salt for the salt & garlic powder. It turned out pretty tasty but next time, I think I’ll turn up
the heat with the spices for a little more kick.

Ingredients
• Cauliflower: ½ a head of cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces.
• Spice: Whatever floats your boat. I’m using Bone Doctor’s Premium Spice Blend
• Olive Oil: Helps the seasonings stick to the cauliflower while also allowing the florets to get extra crispy.
• Garlic Powder
• Salt: Use as much or as little salt as you’d like.
• Creamy Dip: This is the fun part! Select your favorite creamy dip for serving. I’m firmly in the Ranch dressing camp,
but you could also go with Bleu cheese dressing or even a garlicky yogurt sauce.
• Celery: Celery is great for cooling your mouth & pairing with the dip! Optional

Instructions
1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
2. Mix: In a large bowl, gently stir together cauliflower and all remaining ingredients.
3. Prep air fryer: Lightly grease your air fryer basket or rack.
4. Place cauliflower in air fryer: Arrange cauliflower in a single layer.
5. Cook at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pieces are fork tender and slightly browned.
6. Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks.
