Decided to do a rice bowl tonight. Was gonna do pepper steak but I've made a pile of Asian lately. So I made up essentially a Fajita Seasoning, marinated a hunk from hindquarter in that and worcesteshire.
Cut up four colors of pepper and they got oil bath and seasoning. I pan cooked venny whole red hot hot about 5 aside. Pulled rested and cut. Fajita seasoning was good I think it gets lost sometimes in fajitas.
