Smoked Bones in Pork Loin

Decided to smoke a couple of bone in pork loins for Christmas Eve dinner......have to say damn I can cook (-:...

Looks great. Pork is my favorite.

Here by judging cooking groups, forums and friends I thought everyone had prime rib lol

That pork loin looks tasty .I don't know what I was thinking. I normally buy a half hog from my friend who raises them every year. This year I ordered a whole hog. Dang thing had a dressed weight of 350 lbs. I already had a 1/4 Angus I bought in Oct. Along with my bear and the buck I shot my two freezers are maxed out.
