Christmas Breakfast Tortilla Pizza

I'm not huge on cooking breakfast or eating it, like it for supper. But it's Christmas decided fly by seat of my pants do something I've never done, Breakfast Pizza on a Tortilla.

I started by frying Peppered Bacon to real crisp and draining very well. The same with the Sausage. Didn't want to much grease weighing pizza down. Next Sauteed Onions and Peppers. Finally the Eggs, I HATE making eggs. I finally nailed fluffy scrambled. YAY

Next light coat of EVOO on bottom of tortilla in for 5 to brown a lil. Pulled Eggs, Cheddar, Meat and Veggies. Finally Finished with a drizzle of Frank's.

Definitely a keeper perfect crunch and texture

Kinda' like goin' out fer' breakfast with the locals, back when.
They'd ask me if I wanted a lil' bit of omlett , with my Tabasco Sause
