Hearty Cheddar Soup

Came in front hunting had a soup recipe I wanted to try, took the base and totally modified it.

Cubed Ham Steak, Bacon which I added with a lil of the grease, changed some the water for Chicken Broth, a healthy dose of potatoes, carrots and peas.

It really had no spices so I doctored it up a shake of this a shake of that.

I love thick soup and this is thick almost subbed some H&H for some of the water glad I didn't. Some of the comments were it was bland with original recipe, glad I doctored because far from it. Really fast.

How much salt is in that???? If not a lot I could have it. Salt doesn’t get along with me..

I didn't add additional salt figured between bacon and ham don't need it.

They do sell low low sodium ham steak not sure on bacon

I love bacon and eat ham sparingly

Go with extra bacon. Or drop liquid smoke
